Hi, I’m Natalie. I work with Gen Z and Millennial professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs who are ready to make meaningful change in their lives—but feel held back by anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or mood instability. If you’ve always been the one who “has it together” and now feel like you’re quietly unraveling inside, you’re in the right place.
In our work together, I won’t just nod along. I take a direct, active approach to therapy while offering a supportive, collaborative space to unpack life’s turbulence. Whether you're working through trauma, navigating bipolar disorder, or learning to quiet that inner critic, I’m here to help you keep your ambitious edge *and* protect your mental health.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in early-stage healthcare startups (yes, the unicorn kind), so I understand high-pressure environments and what it takes to lead while living with anxiety, depression, or mood disorders. My passion is helping people tap into strengths they may not even realize they have—and build a life that reflects their full potential.
When I’m not at Proactive, I’m probably spinning, hiking, exploring new restaurants, or working on my business.
